Description

CLEAR SEAL 100% RTV silicone adhesive/sealant is a one-component gel material that cures to a tough, rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air. CLEAR SEAL is ideal for use wherever a strong, permanently elastic weatherproof seal is needed. It has excellent adhesion characteristics, high chemical resistance and will not sag or shrink due to severe temperature changes. It can be used for gasket making, sealing, caulking, and bonding.  Pressurized packaging eliminates the need for a caulking gun.  CLEAR SEAL offers good resistance to most solvents, oils, organic and inorganic chemicals.

Directions

Clean and dry surface.  Remove oil, grease, or soap from surface.  Hold nozzle at 45° angle and apply in any direction.  Sealant normally skins over in 5 minutes and dries tack-free to the touch in one hour.  Sealant cures and bonds fully in 24 hours and maximum strength is achieved in seven days.

 

Note: This product is not resistant to gasoline. Do not use for head gaskets.

Product Guarantee: We guarantee all we sell to the complete satisfaction of our customer.  In the event a product we sell fails to meet our customer’s requirements, we offer a simple return procedure that is effective up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  For full credit on the unused portion, request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department.  No returns will be accepted without an RA number. 

We cannot issue credit on any goods purchased more than 90 days previously.  All returns for reasons other than performance quality must be in original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight charges. 

Any claims resulting from damages during shipment must be made no later than 48 hours after the shipment is received.
