Description

Organic waste build-up in drain pipes, grease traps, under heavy equipment and in cracks and crevices causes problems such as foul odors, slow moving drains and fly infestations. BACK FLIP Drain Maintainer & Organic Buildup Remover is a thick, highly concentrated bacterial gel that clings to pipes and drains and may be sprayed in hard to reach areas to degrade grease and other organic waste. BACK FLIP inhibits the production of odor causing compounds, and disrupts the habitat drain flies require for reproduction. Reduces grease build-up in drain lines and pipes, reducing maintenance. Unique thickened formula clings to sides of pipes and drain lines, increasing contact for more effective treatment. Digests and liquefies organic waste, grease and food by-products in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, prisons, funeral homes, apartments, kennels, clinics, porta-toilets, marinas, and septic tanks. Contains 300 billion per gallon of the following: bacillus subtilis, bacillus amuloliquifaciens, bacillus lichenformis, bacillus megatherium, pseudomonal fluorescens, commomonas terrigena, and bacillius firmus.

Directions

SHAKE/STIR WELL BEFORE USE.
GENERAL ODOR CONTROL: For best results, apply product at time of lowest drain use, typically at the end of the day.
DRAINS: Initially, add 8 ounces to each drain. Try to coat side surface areas inside drain pipe. Repeat daily as necessary until desired results are achieved. Then apply 4–8 ounces per week as a maintenance dosage.
NON-DRAIN AREAS: Spray product liberally onto problem areas such as under equipment and appliances, around drain grates, in crack and crevices. Repeat as needed to control grease and scum buildup.
Note: This product performs best within a pH range of 5.5 – 8.5. Optimal temperature range for maximum effectiveness is 54° – 113°F; effective up to 212°F. Extremes of pH and temperature, as well as wide shifts in either parameter over a short period of time should be avoided. Cold temperatures reduce the effectiveness of the product and no bacteria activity can be expected below 40°F.

We cannot issue credit on any goods purchased more than 90 days previously.  All returns for reasons other than performance quality must be in original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight charges. 

Any claims resulting from damages during shipment must be made no later than 48 hours after the shipment is received.
