Description

BIO-8 incorporates a blend of 5 bacterial strains. Our exclusive blend of bio-engineered bacteria has the ability to withstand hot water temperature (up to 200°F) and is resistant to chlorinated products, disinfectants bleach, and acidic or alkaline conditions. BIO-8 counteracts drain line odors when dispensed on a regular basis. BIO-8 is an excellent odor counteractant and can be used to eliminate odor from any organic waste source, such as vomit, spoiled food, and waste receptacles. It can also be sprayed on carpets to eliminate odors from organic waste sources.

Directions

Drain Lines: Pour 1.5-2 oz per inch of pipe diameter directly into pipe. Use twice per week or as needed depending on system problem.

Initial Treatment: Begin with the lowest floor and continue with one floor per day until top floor is reached. Then use only from top floor.

Grease Traps: Pour 1-3 oz per 100 gallon (13 cu. ft) into a sink or drain line closest to the trap. Use product daily.

Initial treatment: Pump or pour 32 oz per 100 gallons (13 cu. ft) to produce a purge treatment. Pro Chem recommends either the Pail Stick Pump or the Chemical Feed Pump. For best results, grease trap should be pumped out prior to starting treatment.

General Odor Control: To eliminate odor caused by vomit, spoiled food, decomposed animals, waste receptacles, etc., spray directly on malodor and allow bacterial action to work. The added fragrance will quickly neutralize any odor.

Carpet Deodorizing and Organic Waste: Mix ½ to 1 pint of product per gallon of water. Apply with pump or trigger sprayer. Allow to remain moist for 30 minutes. Repeat if necessary. May be used with all types of carpet cleaners and methods.

Product Guarantee: We guarantee all we sell to the complete satisfaction of our customer.  In the event a product we sell fails to meet our customer’s requirements, we offer a simple return procedure that is effective up to 30 days after the date of purchase.  For full credit on the unused portion, request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department.  No returns will be accepted without an RA number. 

We cannot issue credit on any goods purchased more than 90 days previously.  All returns for reasons other than performance quality must be in original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight charges. 

Any claims resulting from damages during shipment must be made no later than 48 hours after the shipment is received.
